A. Active Range Officers in Luzon who served a minimum of 36 points and 18 points in Visayas and Mindanao. RO are exempted from these fees as long as they are endorsed by the NROI Secretariat.
B. All Rang Officers must be endorsed by their Gun Club President.
C. Policies may be changed by the PPSA Board of Directors.
